A party may be named when someone can vouch for where the vial came from: ONE source is enough if that source obtained the sample itself (a laboratory's own market survey, a regulator's seizure, a journal that bought and tested the product), and TWO INDEPENDENT sources are required when a buyer submitted the sample, which is most grey-market reports. The name on a submitted report is self-declared — the laboratory verifies the contents, never the chain of custody — so naming on one such report would republish an unverified claim about origin and make a mislabelled vial a cheap way to attack a competitor through us. Every source declares `sampling`, required and never defaulted. Enforced in _ops/lab_db.py, gated by check.py:lab_db_provenance, 22-case selftest.",
