Privacy Policy

Last updated: April 21, 2026

The short version: Grey Peptides does not require accounts, does not collect personal information, and does not sell data to anyone. We use Google Analytics for aggregate traffic insights and load fonts from Google. That's it.

1. Who we are

Grey Peptides (greypeptides.com) is an independent educational website that publishes peptide research, reference tools, and informational articles. We do not sell peptides, supplements, or any physical products. We are not a medical provider.

2. What we collect

Grey Peptides is designed to collect as little data as possible. Here is a complete summary of the information that may be gathered when you visit the site:

Data type Collected by Purpose
Anonymized page views, session duration, referral source, general geographic region, device type, and browser type Google Analytics Understanding which content is useful and how visitors find the site
IP address (transient) Netlify (hosting), Google Fonts Serving web pages and font files — standard web hosting operations

No data in the table above is linked to your name, email, or any personally identifiable information. We do not combine analytics data with any other data source.

3. What we don't collect

To be explicit about what Grey Peptides does not do:

We do not require or offer user accounts, logins, or registrations. We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, or mailing addresses. We do not store payment or credit card information. We do not operate contact forms, comment sections, or user-submitted content features. We do not track individual users across sessions. We do not sell, rent, or share any data with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not build user profiles or create advertising segments. We do not use fingerprinting or cross-site tracking technologies.

4. Analytics

We use Google Analytics (measurement ID: G-DH5ZM9H10Y) to understand aggregate traffic patterns — which pages are visited, how visitors arrive at the site, and what content is most useful. Google Analytics uses cookies to distinguish unique visitors.

Google processes this data under its own privacy policy. We have configured Google Analytics to anonymize IP addresses where supported. We do not enable advertising features, remarketing, or demographic reporting within Google Analytics.

You can opt out of Google Analytics entirely by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, or by using a browser extension that blocks tracking scripts.

5. Cookies

Grey Peptides does not set its own cookies. Google Analytics may set the following cookies:

_ga Distinguishes unique visitors 2 years
_ga_* Maintains session state 2 years

These cookies can be blocked in your browser settings or with any standard ad-blocker without affecting site functionality. Every tool, article, and page on Grey Peptides works fully without cookies.

6. Third-party services

The site uses a small number of external services to function. Each is listed here with a link to its privacy policy:

Affiliate relationships have no influence on editorial content. Evidence grading, regulatory status reporting, and clinical assessments are entirely independent of any commercial relationship.

8. Data retention

Google Analytics data is retained for 14 months, after which it is automatically deleted. Because we do not collect personal information, there is no personal data to retain or delete on our end.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you are located, you may have rights under data protection laws such as the GDPR (European Union), UK GDPR, CCPA (California), or similar regulations. These typically include the right to access data held about you, request deletion of your data, opt out of data collection, and object to data processing.

10. Children's privacy

Grey Peptides is not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect any data from children. The site's content covers biomedical research and pharmacological information intended for an adult audience.
